Laser Teeth Whitening

It seems that these days, everyone's trying to get that whiter, brighter, celebrity smile. We might wonder what the secret is, then we try whitening tooth paste, then weird adhesive strips, then a paint on gel that seems eerily similar to white out. Nothing works. But what hasn't yet been attempted is the easiest option, and the one that provides the most exciting, noticeable results!

Laser teeth whitening is performed in a dentist's office by the dentist or a certified assistant, so unlike all the at-home products, it requires no effor from you. The procedure usually takes about 90 minutes to perform, during which time you are relaxing comfortably, resting your eyes, even. The teeth are coated with a bleaching gel, and then over then is directed a laser light. This intense light activates the bleach, whitening the teeth.

Patients leave their laser teeth whitening appointments beaming from ear to ear, thrilled with their immediate results. The duration of these results can last for several months, up to a couple years, depending on the lifestyle of the patient. Of course, smokers, red wine, dark pop, and coffee drinkers, won't see quite the long-lasting results of a patient who abstains from those habits.
