Laser teeth whitening is performed in a dentist's
office by the dentist or a certified assistant, so unlike all the at-home
products, it requires no effor from you. The procedure usually takes about
90 minutes to perform, during which time you are relaxing comfortably, resting
your eyes, even. The teeth are coated with a bleaching gel, and then over
then is directed a laser light. This intense light activates the bleach,
whitening the teeth.
